  This is nothing more than a money making machine.There is no true science behind this total LIE.The true science about this is there should have been 1 degree temp change at present time.Not so,at present less than 3/4 of a degree has been documented.The bottem line is if uninformed tax payers fall for the lie be advised you will have a monumental increase in fuel, for the present administration,this term administration was used freely,be advised YOU PAY TAXES.THE BILL,How about that!
