Unbelievable! This is Congressman John Conyers, the "Chairman" of the House Judiciary Committee. You know, the branch of our government that has jurisdiction over measures relating to law, courts and judges, Constitutional amendments, immigration, patents and trademarks, interstate compacts, and apportionment of Representatives. He's not even smart enough to know what NOT TO SAY PUBLICLY, let alone do his job by reading bills that he signs into law. Please...wake up people.

This mean and has only one interpretation--Conyers admits they don't and can't know what they are doing; he thinks trying to know is ridiculous.
